Pursuing the principles of transparency, Adelbras proudly announces that we have just signed a sales agreement with CCL Industries, the largest global conglomerate of labels and premium packaging solutions.
A strong presence in the stationary segment and office products with their traditionally well-known brand, Avery, the Canadian group has 204 factories located in 47 countries, employing more than 25,000 people throughout the world.
At this transition moment, when beginning a partnership, Adelbras, aims at reassuring the commitment we have with our customers, partners and suppliers. Our brand, strongly consolidated in the market of tapes and self-adhesive solutions in Brazil and Latin America, will keep working as we have always done. Our operations will remain with all the support of our directors, managers and over 230 direct workers.
On one hand, the acquisition of Adelbras is a strategy of CCL Group to expand their businesses in different sectors where they find both synergy and opportunities of growth and development. On the other hand, this is also a great opportunity for Adelbras, our customers, employees and suppliers.
